Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns: We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. (Free of deodorant, stains, makeup)
- Exchanges: We offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Eligible Items:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are marked as final sale or clearance, and jewelry, bodysuits or swimwear.
- Personalized or customized items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there was an error on our part.

- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via email: hello@theposhflamingo.com within the specified timeframes mentioned above. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions, including the return address and any required forms or labels.
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Return/Exchange Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item, unless the return/exchange is due to our error or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return/exchange package.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the store credit or exchange within a reasonable timeframe.

- For eligible returns, we will issue a Store Credit, excluding any original shipping charges.

Exchanges:
- If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the requested replacement item(s) once we receive and process the returned item. Any price difference, if applicable, will be issued accordingly in the form of Store Credit.

- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately within 24 hours of package arrival. Please contact us within this time-frame in order for your return to be accepted! We will assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement, store credit, or exchange, depending on the situation.
